Be sure to include your order number, the full name associated with the order, and exactly what you’d like to change or if you wish to cancel entirely. Please reach out as soon as you can, as we can’t process requests after the 12-hour window.
- A Note About Your Shipping Address: Accuracy is key! Please double-check that the shipping address you enter is complete and correct before you finalize your order. If a shipment is returned to us due to an error in the address you provided, any fees for reshipping may be your responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from customer-provided address errors.
